Communication audit and strategy

I review how a brand or a professional profile communicates, its channels, tone and messages, to find out what works, what doesn’t, and build a considered strategy from there. I work with companies and personal brands alike.

How I work

Audit first, then decide.

Before proposing anything, I look. I review what the brand says, where it says it and how people respond: channels, messages, tone and the gap between what it promises and what it publishes. The result is a clear, no-frills diagnosis of what works, what’s superfluous and what’s missing.

Only then do we build the strategy: priorities, messages and channels with a reason behind them. Whether it’s a company or a personal brand, the method is the same; only the scale changes.
